Crystals For Fertility

As someone who was diagnosed with infertility in my early 20’s, I’m no stranger to the fertility journey and all the emotions and stresses that it brings. I’ve used crystals to help with everything that comes under the fertility umbrella since my teens and being diagnosed with Endometriosis, so I thought I’d put a list together of my top 5 recommended crystals for fertility.

Whilst they can help you holistically through your fertility journey, they must not be seen as a quick fix to parenthood or a replacement for any medical advice. 1) Rose Quartz.
No crystals for fertlilty list is complete without a mention of Rose Quartz.
This crystal is full of the most perfect benefits for those on the fertility journey.
Rose Quartz is a crystal for unconditional love – not just for others but for yourself too. Carry this crystal with you to surround yourself with self-compassion, self-esteem, self-love and emotional support.
2) Moonstone.
Another must-have fertility crystal is Moonstone.
This crystal is associated with the moon and feminine energy.  It is believed to be a stone of fertility and love for women because it helps to unlock the energy of the moon that is within you, helping you to find a more balanced state.

3) Amethyst.
As those who have been on the fertility journey will tell you, there is no stress like it, so carrying Amethyst is a must-have as it encourages peace and relaxation.  It emits a soothing energy to calm your mind, body, and spirit during your journey, so it’s always worth carrying a piece with you, or keeping a piece by your bed, especially if you’re struggling with sleep issues. Amethyst is also well known to help with anxious feelings and depression, which can also be a side-issue from infertility.

4) Carnelian.
This crystal helps to connect you with the energy of creating. As a Sacral chakra crysta, it can help you to release and energetic blocks that are holding you back or preventing you from creating new life.

5) Smoky Quartz.
This crystal is incredibly grounding, and it allows you to let go of heavy emotions, limiting beliefs and anxiety surrounding your fertility journey. It absorbs these feelings when they surface so that you can release them and move forward on your journey.
(Side note: if you’re here due to endometriosis or any other chronic illness / pain, I highly recommend holding smoky quartz in the area of discomfort – it makes a great pain reliever!)

If you find yourself getting more stressed than usual during your fertility journey, another crystal that might be of benefit is Rainbow / Green Fluorite. I found this to be a huge help on my own journey when it came to keeping me calm and level-headed, so you may find it helps you too.

Crystal shapes can also be a healping factor in your fertility journey.
Egg shaped crystals are a symbol of Spring and represent new beginnings, fertility, virility and flourishing life force, and bring magic and miracles, so if you ever see a crystal mentioned above in an egg shape, be sure to invest in it to add an extra bit of magic your way.

Your crystals will be working really hard for you as you navigate through your fertility journey, so always make sure you cleanse your crystals before and after use. To use, either place in your pocket / bra / bag when you’re on the go, or by your bedside to absorb the crystal energy through the night.
