** Due to the coronavirus, we’re having to change the way we operate.
During this time, we are still processing orders. Our aim is to post on Wednesdays and Saturdays but orders *can* take up to 3 days to dispatch.
Orders must be placed before 6pm Tuesdays to catch the Wednesday post, and 6pm on Fridays to catch Saturdays post.
If you’re local you can always arrange a no contact collection for any orders – all you need to do is message me for a free postage code and once your order is placed we can arrange a convenient time for you to collect your order.
Due to staff shortages at Royal Mail and a higher demand on online orders being placed, it has been noted that some parcels are being slightly delayed onced they’ve been shipped, due to demand from the postal service. These guys are working extremely hard, under insane conditions, so please remember this when you’re waiting for your delivery. Once it’s left our little lounge, everything else is out of our control. But I promise you, these wonderful posties are working as hard as they can.

How long will my order take to be shipped?
As your crystals are always fully cleansed before being sent out, please allow up to 3 working days for your parcel to be dispatched.
Please also note that there may be a slight delay around busy times of the year, like Christmas and New Year. I will always update on dispatch times if they’re longer than this on our social media pages.
Will I get the items shown in the images?
Aside from the regular tumbled stones, yes you will.
I know first hand how disapointing and frustrating it is to see a crystal you’ve really resonated with or fallen in love with, and you place an order and you get sent a different looking crystal.
I’ve made sure that all the sets and special crystal items have been photographed and listed individually so that you can be sure that what you see is what you’re going to get. If there’s a specific crystal in a group photograph that you’d like, please get in touch via the contact form and I’ll let you know if it’s still available.
How will my parcel be shipped?
Currently we’re working hard to protect the environment, so there’s a small possibility that your order will be posted in a reused box.
Inside your box you’ll find packaging peanuts, Your items will be protected by packaging peanuts, which are full dissolvable and compostable, or shredded paper. In extreme circumstances your item maybe wrapped in bubble wrap, but this is reused and only used for the more delecate items.
You’ll find your crystals inside either one of our cheerful paperbags or in an organza bag. ** Please note that we’re no longer adding in healing notes unless requested – you can request your notes for specific crystals by either messaging me via the contact form or social media. Bundles and Selenite bowls / cleansing plates will still automatically come guides for healing and how to use.
Your order will then be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Currently no. But this may change in the future, so keep your eyes peeled for any possible updates. If you’re a customer in Ireland, you can now order via the website. As your postage costs will vary due to weight, once you’ve submitted your order, I’ll need to enter the postage details – you’ll then need to either accept the cost or cancel your order. No money will leave your account until you’ve confirmed the final order cost.
Can I change my order once it’s been submitted?
Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed, but you can cancel an order at any point before it gets dispatched. You can then place a new order for the correct product. You can cancel an order by logging into your account or messaging me.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as you can!
Once your order has been shipped, I am unable to cancel the order, so it’s best to let me know ASAP.
I’ve just placed my order, now what do I do?
Once you’ve placed your order, you can join our customer-only Facebook group The Little Crystal Loungers. To join this group, you’ll need to enter your email address that you used for placing your order when prompted, as it’s strictly for existing customers only. If you don’t provide your email, I can’t accept your joining request.
I use the group to share exclusive offers, sneaky peeps on new deliveries, give aways, and also more information on healing benefits and practices for the crystals included in the Subscription Boxes. I have lots of ideas planned for the rest of the year and for 2021 as well, so I’d really advise joining us.
What is your loyalty points scheme?
We’ve just launched our loyalty points scheme where you can earn 2 points for every £1 you spend with us via the website, which you can then use against future purchases. You can also get 10 loyalty points each time you leave a review on a product you’ve bought (reviews must be left on the website to qualify for points)! You can spend your points at any time, but they will expire after 6 months. Due to the fact that they’re already so heavily discounted, we’re unable to award points against purchases of the subscription boxes (reviews still qualify). This is the only item that is exempt from points. You can find out more about our Points scheme by clicking here.
I cannot give out medical advice as I am not qualified physician.
Crystals for healing should be used to compliment other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care.
That being said, they do possess and attract some wonderful energies and can offer support in self healing.
