Selenite (True) Slab

This Selenite slab is a must-have for every collection.

As apposed to Selenite found in most crystal shops, this is a piece of TRUE Selenite. The crystal that most know as Selenite is actually Satin Spar – and it’s the most commonly mis-labelled crystal!
You can tell the difference because of the way Selenite and Satin Spar is formed – Selenite has a glass-like apprearence, whereas Satin Spar has a more milky look to it. Selenite forms in plates, so you’ll never find a carving or shaped piece of true Selenite.

Satin Spar and True Selenite are pretty similar, as they’re from the same crystal family alongside Desert Rose, they’re just formed differently.
But whereas Satin Spar Selenite has a gentle energy, true Selenite is stronger and more direct. Its energy is more defined and purposeful, and you’ll feel its energy quicker and firmer than you would with Satin Spar.

True Selenite can help to clear pathways and any blockages within the body or aura, and it helps to expand the mind.
