Rose Quartz is one of the most wonderful crystals for boosting all things love, especially the love we show ourselves, so this is perfect as part of your self care and skin care routine.
All you need to do is pop your roller in the fridge for 30 minutes before using, and then follow the step by step guide on the back of the box.
After cleansing, apply a few drops of facial oil, serum or moisturiser to your face. Gently move the roller across your face, moving outwards from your nose. Can also be used on the neck in an upwards motion towards the chin.
