We’ve Launched Our Loyalty Points Scheme!
Hi everyone,
I bring exciting news in this blog post.
I’ve been planning this for a while now, and during this crazy Covid time seemed like the perfect time to launch our Loyalty Points scheme.
I never expected to be as busy during this time, and be so supported by my customers and clients, so as a thank you for your continued support, you can now earn loyalty points every time you shop with me via the website.
It works quite easily – for every £1 you spend, you’ll receive 2 points to spend on any future orders. You’ll also gain 10 points for leaving reviews on the website as well!
100 points will then equal £1 off your future order. You’ll also have 6 months to spend any points – after that time they will expire.
Unfortunately no points will be issued through purchase of our subscription boxes as they’re already highly discounted, but you’ll be able to gain points through ordering all our other items.
Key points to remember:
- £1 spent gets 2 points
- Reviews on the website gets 10 points
- Points are only issued on website orders, not on orders placed via social media
- You can redeem your points at any time but they will expire after 6 months
- Points will not be issued against subscription box purchases as they’re already so highly discounted
- 100 points = £1 off
- No change or cash equivelent will be given when redeeming points
- To be awarded loyalty points, you must shop via an account and not as a guest.
Future Plans.
We’re also currently working on a way for our Ireland customers to be able to place orders through this site so that you don’t miss out on gaining points. The way we *think* it will work is that you place your order online and then I’ll get notified to work out the postage costs, then the website will send you an updated payment which you can either accept or decline. If you accept, your order will then be processed and sent out.
I’m also working on a referral scheme too, where those who apply will either be issued with a referral URL or code (we’ve not decided yet).
Ideally each referral will then turn into loyalty points once they’ve placed their order, but this isn’t set in stone yet as it depends on what way we choose to do the initial referral.
I hope you find this all beneficial to the way you shop – I have always felt very lucky to have the customers I do, but I feel even more lucky to have them in this current climate, so I thought everyone deserved to have something given back as a thank you.
Once everything else is finalised, I shall be updating the blog and sharing the news with you.
Thank you all so much for your continued support.
If you have any questions, please do get in touch.
Happy shopping
