How Crystals Changed My Life.
My journey with crystals started over 30 years ago, but it was in 2017 that I truly felt their impact. After going through IVF and finally having my son, I struggled with severe postnatal depression and anxiety. Despite reaching out, I was denied mental health support from both my GP and Health Visitors – no matter how desperately I asked. My mind felt like a storm in a vast ocean, and I carried the weight of it all alone.

One evening, after yet another 5 hour long panic attack, I decided that this current way of living couldn’t continue and after a short internet search I found an Anxiety charity. They offered some fabulous coping tools, which is when I fell in love with meditating. I only had a small crystal collection at that time, but I soon added those into my meditation practice. Pretty soon I began building my crystal toolbox.

Satin Spar became my shield against negativity – both my own thoughts and external energy.
Rainbow Fluorite helped me stay calm when overwhelm turned to anger.
Rose Quartz, a crystal I’d had since my teenage years (and a major comfort during IVF), reminded me to hold onto self-love and compassion on my healing journey.

Through meditation, self-healing, and crystal energy, I slowly found my way back to myself. As my mental health improved, I felt a deep calling – not just to sell crystals, but to help others find the ones that could support them too.

I wanted to truly understand how crystals work, so I trained in:

And because learning never stops, I’m also studying other courses as we speak – because let’s be honest, the universe is full of secrets waiting to be explored.

The Story Behind The Little Crystal Lounge
When I first started shopping for crystals online, I ran into the same frustrating problems:
