The Pain Bundle

As some of you know, I’ve suffered with chronic pain for most of my life, from having Endometriosis since a teen, and then Fibromyalgia for the last 5-6 years, as well as other chronic pain based illnesses. I’ve used crystals quite regularly through my pain cycles, and so I thought it was about time I created my own little healing bundle for those who are also suffering from any kind of pain, from accute to chronic.

Each bundle contains:
Amethyst – natures natural pain reliever. It can help reduce pain caused from arthritis to migraines and can also help manage and reduce pain and discomfort. It’s also very good at relieving stress and sleep issues, which comes as part of the chronic pain package.
Rose Quartz – this gorgeous stone has a really good cooling effect. It’s also good for boosting self-compassion and self-love, which is why I’ve added it into this bundle. Those with chronic pain can sometimes be very unkind to themselves through frustration of being ill or in pain, and the limited mobility, and Rose Quartz is a wonderful stone to help ease the negative self-talk.
Moonstone – Moonstone is really good at calming period pain or cramps, along with other issues us women have within that area of our body, including meopause and PMS. It’s also really good at absorbing pain in other areas and bringing relief. Its connection to the moon brings serenity, calmness, and emotional wellness.
Clear Quartz – This stone is known as The Master Healer, and it can be used to help relieve the body from any type of pain. It improves the energy flow through the body, meaning it helps support the circularity system and draws pain away from the body. One of the major benefits of working with Clear Quartz is that it amplifies the benefits of other crystals, so if you’re having a particularly tough pain day, you can pair it with another crystal that you know helps ease your pain, and it will give that crystal’s healing powers a boost.
Malachite – this gorgeous green stone helps to alleviate pain on a subtle level. Due to it being full of copper carbonate, this stone acts as a wonderful and natural anti-inflamatory.
Smoky Quartz Point – for me, personally, this is an unbeatable crystal to have for pain. I find it really useful in easing my neck pain if I hold (or tape) my piece of Smoky where it’s most painful. It helps dissolve cramps, strengthens the back and fortifies the nerves. If you suffer with pain in your abdomen, hips or legs, It is particularly effective and it can also relieve headaches, back pain, and eases muscular spasms.

You’ll also get a sample of DoTerra Deep Blue rub in with your crystals.
I’ve been medication free for a number of years now, but I use this rub when my legs are having a pain flair and it’s absolutely amazing at relieving pain and making me feel that little bit more comfortable, and I thought I’d share it as part of this bundle.
